New Grinders

Hello all. I am going to try to stay on top of my blog page to keep everyone informed on what's going on at ATI. We have recently added two more Rollomatics to our small tool production line. We have added another 629XS and a NP3. That gives us a total of 10 Rollomatics for our small tooling. We just installed another Unison centerless grinder for our extended reach small tooling. We have also added another Walters Helicheck for inspection. We are in the process of installing a new Vomat filtration unit and Hansen chiller at our Midwest Cutting Tool facility to help with our grinding processes there. By years end we will have our first cutting tool catalogue available and all tooling will be in stock for same day shipping. Again, I will try to keep posts going now to keep everyone up to date. Advanced Tooling Report

Exciting things have been happening at Advanced Tooling. We have recently acquired Midwest Cutting Tools Inc. We will be operating both companies in their existing facilities. The combination of the two companies gives us a very wide range of product in the cutting tool market and also adds experience and knowledge to both the facilities. Advanced Tooling has been expanding with adding equipment and employees and we plan on bringing that same business model to Midwest Cutting Tool. I have budgeted $750,000 in improvements to that facility over the next year. I will be using the Tom's Tool Time blog to keep everyone up to date on what is going on and new product offerings that we will be supplying. We are looking forward to the upcoming years. The manufacturing industry in the US is starting to ramp up and we want to be able to help our customers keep up with the latest in technology when it comes to your cutting tools. Tom Pankratz
